Great hotel for a vacation! Super friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. The pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. , the hotel had speedy WIFI that always worked well.

The rooms were a bit cramped and could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a major issue. The shower's pressure was a bit weak as well.

The hotel has a beautiful natural setting with plenty of greenery and great pool view rooms. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room service is prompt. the room and bathroom are functional, but could use some updating. Despite a few delays, the breakfast options are decent.

The hotel's game room is poorly maintained, especially the pool table.

The hotel had a very nice pool area and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the good quality food served in the on-site restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet which had many different options. the hotel was conveniently located near key tourist spots and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The wifi connection was not very reliable and we had some trouble connecting to it, especially when using multiple devices. we found that the shuttle bus service into the city was quite expensive, which made it difficult to travel around without spending too much money.

We had a lovely and serene stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel facilities were top-notch. We made good use of the fitness and game room, and the pool was well-maintained. we had a relaxing and enjoyable time at this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The gardens and swimming pool were breathtaking, creating a relaxing atmosphere for us to unwind. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the tasty food at the bar. The coffee shop also impressed us with its great selection. The accommodations were reasonably priced and we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

A slight issue with the payment process. However, this did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.
